Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of 
Senator Edmund Muskie's Birth


Join Southern Maine Community College in celebrating the:
 100th Anniversary of Senator Edmund Muskie's birth

SMCC is unveiling a plaque commemorating the centennial of Senator Muskie's birth. The event honors Senator Muskie, who's been called the father of national environmental law and the national environmental law movement. Under his direction, Congress passed the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and other landmark environmental legislation.

Free Registration for the
Twilight 5k

June 12, 2014 @ SMCC

There are four openings for SMCC students, faculty or staff to register for free in the Twilight 5K on June 12, 2014. You will be required to raise the $125 minimum donation if you decide to participate.  Information about the 5K is available on this website: http://twilight5k.com/

Darla Jewett, the Assistant to the President, will accept responses on a first come, first served basis, so if you're interested in a free registration slot, you can contact Darla at djewett@smccme.edu


The Color Run is coming back to SMCC!
