Welcome 2013!
Welcome back to returning students and Welcome to SMCC for
our new students! It’s the first week of classes and the halls are buzzing with
energy. We've had a calm couple of days and then the snowstorm. Yes, Maine: the
way life should be.
As you
get adjusted to your course schedules, don’t forget that we have many clubs,
organizations (click on the page link on the right hand column) and activities
available to students. We feature
upcoming events here in the CeSIL Report, on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/cesil.smcc?ref=hl , on the Campus Center Video Board, and
in emails sent by Shane Long.
If
you have any questions about clubs and organizations, drop by the CeSIL office
in the South Portland Campus Center or email us at: mcesil@smccme.edu

The
Student Senate is putting together plans for this year’s Winter Carnival. Can they top last year? We had snow
sculptures, SMCC Idol, Trivia contest, a hypnotist and a dance. And did we
mention T-shirts??? Stay tuned to this space, Facebook, and the Video Board for
more information.
